Water based fabric decoupage all-in-one glue, sealer and finish. Quick drying for multiple coat build up. Apply with brush or sponge a thin coat back and over to the fabric. Designs are permanent; machine washable or hand wash with soap & water. Iron and wash from reverse. Dries clear. Cleans up easily with soap and water. Non toxic. Certified by EN 71 & CE.
